Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "fb168" refers to the online betting and gaming platform operated at fb168.cam, including all associated services, products, and account features.
• "Platform" means the website at fb168.cam and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces through which fb168 services are delivered.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Member on the Platform.
• "Member" or "You" means any individual who has completed the fb168 registration process and holds an active Account.
• "Balance" means the total IDR funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds as separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by fb168 pursuant to any active promotion, which are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the applicable promotion) must be turned over through qualifying bets before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and address verification process fb168 applies to Member accounts in accordance with its anti-fraud and responsible gaming obligations.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency of the fb168 Platform.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the reference time zone for all customer-service hours, promotional draw times, and transaction processing windows stated by fb168 unless otherwise specified.

To be eligible to register and maintain a fb168 Account, you must at all times:

1. Be at least 21 years of age.
2. Be a natural person, not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
3. Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid Indonesian mobile number.
4. Not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of fb168 or any of its affiliated service providers.
5. Not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law in a manner that would make your use of fb168 unlawful in that jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online betting in your jurisdiction of residence before registering.
6. Not already hold an existing fb168 Account. Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and subject to immediate closure.

fb168 reserves the right to request evidence of eligibility at any time, including during registration, at the point of withdrawal, or in response to any account query. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe specified by fb168 may result in suspension or closure of the Account.

To access any betting, gaming, or financial feature of the fb168 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The registration process requires you to provide:

• A unique username of your choosing.
• A valid email address to which you have full access.
• An active Indonesian mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS.
• A secure password meeting fb168's minimum complexity requirements.
• Your full legal name and date of birth, consistent with your government-issued identification.

By completing registration and clicking the confirmation button, you declare that all information provided is accurate and complete, that you meet the eligibility criteria in Clause 2, and that you accept these Terms in full.

KYC Verification

fb168 applies a tiered Know Your Customer verification process. Standard account functions — including deposits and gameplay — are available immediately upon registration. However, withdrawals above Rp 500.000 in any rolling seven-day period require successful completion of Standard KYC, which requires submission of:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid Indonesian government-issued identity document (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk — or valid passport).
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document.
• Proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet registered for withdrawals (typically a screenshot of the relevant banking or wallet app showing the account holder name matching the registered fb168 identity).

Enhanced KYC may be required for Members with cumulative withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds or in response to risk-management triggers. fb168 aims to complete KYC review within 24 hours of receiving a complete document set during standard WIB business hours.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fb168 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. fb168 strongly recommends the following security practices:

• Use a unique, strong password for your fb168 Account — one not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via the Account Security settings in your dashboard.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including customer service agents (fb168 staff will never ask for your password).
• Log out of your Account on shared or public devices after each session.
• Contact fb168 support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

fb168 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where there is reasonable suspicion of unauthorised access, credential sharing, or any other security concern, pending investigation. Notifications of any such action will be sent to the email address registered to the Account.

All deposits to and withdrawals from fb168 Accounts are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is applied on the fb168 Platform.

Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party bank accounts or wallets may be returned and may trigger a KYC review. fb168 does not accept deposits in cash or via any cryptocurrency.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same legal name as the fb168 Account. fb168 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000.
• Standard withdrawal processing target: under 15 minutes during standard WIB operating hours.
• Withdrawals submitted outside standard hours may be subject to extended processing times of up to 2 hours.
• Withdrawal requests that trigger enhanced KYC review may be placed on hold pending document verification.
• fb168 reserves the right to conduct anti-fraud checks before releasing any withdrawal. During such checks, fb168 will communicate the status of the request to the Member's registered email address within 4 hours.

fb168 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Members. The following general terms apply to all fb168 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

1. One bonus per promotion per Member. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — whether via duplicate accounts, shared payment methods, or any other mechanism — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.
2. Wagering requirements. All bonus amounts (and, where specified, the qualifying deposit amount) must be turned over the stated number of times through real-money bets before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
3. Eligible games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific game contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's individual terms. Generally, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute at a reduced rate, and certain game types may contribute 0%.
4. Expiry. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the specified activation and wagering window will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
5. Maximum bet restriction. When a bonus balance is active, a maximum bet restriction applies per round or per bet slip. Placing bets above the stated maximum while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6. fb168 reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where possible, fb168 will provide advance notice of material changes via the registered Account email address.

The following general betting rules apply across all products on the fb168 Platform. Product-specific rules (Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, Sic Bo, Virtual Sports) are published in the relevant product section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is accepted only when a unique confirmation reference is displayed to the Member. Bets not confirmed by a reference number are not valid.
• Errors: In the event of a manifest pricing error — including but not limited to an obviously incorrect odds display — fb168 reserves the right to void any bet placed at the erroneous price, regardless of whether a confirmation reference was issued. fb168 will notify affected Members by email and return the staked amount to the Account Balance.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet type and per market. Current limits are displayed within the betting interface. fb168 reserves the right to adjust individual Member stake limits at its discretion based on betting pattern analysis.
• Match and event cancellation: Where an event on which a bet has been placed is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the fb168 Sportsbook Rules published on the Platform.
• Live / in-play betting: In-play bets are processed in real time. Occasional delays in live data feeds may mean that market prices are briefly suspended; fb168 is not liable for any bets placed on the basis of stale or delayed live data that falls outside the fb168 control environment.
• Casino and slot game results: All casino and slot game outcomes are generated by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer draws. Game results are final once the round is complete. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed round date.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fb168 Platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any Account Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one Account, or assisting any other person to open an Account for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with fb168.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Exploiting software errors, system glitches, or mathematical errors in odds calculations for personal gain. fb168 reserves the right to recover any funds obtained through such exploitation.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting syndicate activity designed to defraud fb168 or other Members.
• Using automated betting software (bots), scripting tools, or any artificial intelligence mechanism to interact with the Platform without fb168's explicit written consent.
• Attempting to launder funds through the fb168 Platform, including depositing and withdrawing funds with minimal gameplay for the purpose of obscuring the source of funds.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any part of the fb168 Platform.
• Posting or transmitting any offensive, defamatory, or illegal content through any communication channel provided by fb168.

All content on the fb168 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software code, data compilations, and audio-visual material — is the property of fb168 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fb168 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without fb168's prior written consent.
• Use the fb168 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any way that could suggest endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written authorisation.
• Scrape, mine, or extract Platform data by automated means for commercial purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fb168 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the fb168 Platform, howsoever caused.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform access due to technical failure, maintenance, force majeure, or circumstances outside fb168's reasonable control — including telecommunications failures, ISP-level domain filtering, and natural events.
• Any third-party claims arising from your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms.
• The accuracy, completeness, or legality of any content on third-party websites linked from the Platform (if any).

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, fb168's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) Rp 10.000.000.

fb168 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire platform. The following tools are available to all Members from the Account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in IDR. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases to an existing limit require a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when a continuous gaming session exceeds your chosen duration.
• Cooling-off period: Request a temporary suspension of your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, login access to the Account is disabled. Existing open bets will be settled normally; withdrawal of any remaining Balance remains available.
• Self-exclusion: Request permanent self-exclusion at any time, 24/7, with no waiting period. A permanently self-excluded Account cannot be reopened. Withdrawal of any remaining Balance will be processed within 5 WIB business days of the self-exclusion request.

fb168 applies a strict 21+ age policy. If you believe a minor has accessed the Platform using your Account or your device, contact fb168 support immediately and change your Account password. fb168 supports the use of parental-control software (such as Net Nanny or Qustodio) on shared household devices.

fb168 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments — those that affect Member rights, financial terms, or eligibility criteria — will be communicated to Members via the email address registered to their Account at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or to address an urgent security or fraud risk.

Where fb168 is unable to provide advance notice (for example, in response to an emergency regulatory requirement), the amended Terms will take effect immediately upon publication and Members will be notified by email as soon as practicable thereafter.

Your continued use of the fb168 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact fb168 support to close your Account and withdraw your remaining Balance.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fb168 holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Before commencing any formal dispute process, Members are encouraged to raise the matter with fb168 customer support via live chat or email. fb168 aims to resolve all Member disputes within 10 WIB business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal escalation within 30 days of the initial complaint submission, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body specified in fb168's licence conditions. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available on request from fb168 support.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Indonesian consumer protection law.
